Key Responsibilities- Analyze and report social media performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives, including content creation, publishing, and community management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Global Services, to drive revenue, adoption, and growth.
- Partner with external media agencies and social media platforms to stay ahead of the curve and leverage new and emerging platforms.
- Manage daily meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive results.
The Brand Advertising and Global Social Media Team drives top-of-mind awareness of AWS through custom content and acts as a megaphone to share key messages through visual storytelling across mass-reach channels.
