Vice President of Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales to join our team at N2S Healthcare Staffing Solutions LLC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive growth and revenue in the healthcare staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare staffing market.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and other industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs and materials.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and team performance.
- Proven expertise in the healthcare staffing industry, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
