Job Summary:
HCL Technologies is seeking an experienced Associate Vice President to lead our business development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic planning, client management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on acquiring at least 2-3 new accounts per team member per year.
- Client Management: Manage client expectations and resolve any challenges or escalations in current project engagements.
- Team Leadership: Lead team members in business development efforts, focusing on named new accounts with no prior engagement.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including opportunity identification, analysis, proposal creation, bid defense, and winning deals.
- Revenue Generation: Generate revenue pipeline and business opportunities from target clients.
- Target Realization: Lead the team in realizing booked targets and generating billing.
