Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • To identify and pursue new business opportunities, resulting in the opening of at least 2-3 new accounts per team member per year.
  • To manage client expectations and resolve any challenges or escalations in current project engagements.
  • To lead team members in business development efforts, focusing on named new accounts with a defined level of profitability.
  • To oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including opportunity identification, analysis, proposal creation, bid defense, and winning deals through Salesforce.
  • To drive team performance in realizing booked targets and generating billing.
