Key Responsibilities:

Guest Service Agent Duties:

  • Provide outstanding service at the front desk, adhering to established operational procedures.
  • Efficiently manage the reservation and check-in/check-out systems while ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of guest registration information.
  • Maintain precise cash handling and balance cash drawers consistently.
  • Operate the switchboard, directing calls and taking messages with attention to detail.
  • Be well-versed in emergency procedures and hotel promotions.
  • Keep the lobby and office areas organized and welcoming.
  • Prepare and update daily reports and assist housekeeping with room status updates.

Night Auditor Responsibilities:

  • Perform essential calculations and recordkeeping to ensure financial records are accurate and complete.
  • Conduct audits and verify the accuracy of transactions recorded by other staff members.
  • Initiate and complete the End of Day process, ensuring all financial data is reconciled.
  • Prepare and distribute daily financial reports to management.
Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of relevant experience or a certificate from a recognized institution.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions and familiarity with POS systems.
  • A flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
Work Environment:

This position is primarily indoor-based, with exposure to cleaning chemicals and moderate noise levels typical of a hotel setting. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, light lifting, and maintaining a professional appearance.
