Job Summary

As a Guest Experience Expert at Marriott International Inc, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and unique. You will be empowered to move about your space and take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests.
  • Ensure a safe work place, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and ensure your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
  • Be on your feet and moving around, taking a hands-on approach to work, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience.
  • No license or certification required.
