Guest Relations Manager

Sempre Oggi is seeking an experienced and passionate Guest Relations Manager to join our growing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our guests and ensuring their experience is exceptional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reservations and guest bookings to ensure seamless experiences.
  • Develop and maintain a high-touch guestbook, curating experiences and providing personalized attention to detail.
  • Communicate guest needs and information to restaurant managers, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Understand restaurant operations and floor plan to maximize capacity and minimize wait times.
  • Expedite guest experiences, special requests, and pre-payments.
  • Support the Guest Relations department, including sending daily VIP reports and escalating inquiries to management.
  • Communicate event inquiries to Sempre Oggi management.
  • Exhibit professionalism and project a positive image in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of prior restaurant experience, preferably in upscale dining.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong guest relations skills and a desire to build relationships with guests.
  • Proficient in Resy and Open Table.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and strong work and personal ethic.
Compensation:

$24.00/hour + tips.
