Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that every interaction is memorable and unique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests.
  • Ensure a safe work environment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Protect company assets and uphold quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that every guest interaction is positive and memorable.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary.
  • No supervisory experience required.
