Business Development Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth by prospecting and qualifying leads in industrials, manufacturing, and healthcare services. Your primary focus will be identifying businesses that need to enhance operations, project management, and financial performance.
You must complete a DISC assessment to qualify for this position.
Compensation:$92,000 - $133,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Target businesses in industries like industrial services, manufacturing, and medical services that would benefit from our software solutions.
- Qualifying Leads: Engage prospects to understand their desired workflow and challenges and qualify them for our software offerings.
- Relationship Building & Referral Partnerships: Develop strong client relationships and establish partnerships with referral partners (e.g. MSPs, fractional CFOs, etc.) to generate new leads.
- Maintaining Standards: Consistently meet or exceed minimum standards in prospecting activities, appointments set, presentations, and assessment calls.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends to refine your approach and improve lead generation.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of prospecting activities and report on metrics regularly.
- DISC assessment complete.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of business processes and software solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
- High energy, sense of humor
