Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Collaboration: Engage with leadership across cross-functional teams to influence roadmap planning and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders up to the VP level.
  • Operational Excellence: Analyze and strategize enhancements in technical implementations to ensure continued value delivery to business partners. Advocate for the adoption of recommended technical solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and technical configurations utilizing standard tools.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level technical support to delivery teams, driving the adoption of technology and process enhancements. Oversee end-to-end delivery on large, intricate, cross-functional projects with minimal oversight.
  • Proactive Improvement: Offer recommendations for system enhancements to optimize performance.
  • Project Leadership: Manage the technical execution of projects aimed at improving data-driven insights and operational efficiency. Facilitate the intake and prioritization process for functional areas of expertise.
  • Effective Communication: Deliver presentations tailored to a director-level audience, focusing on critical project updates.
  • Team Development: Build and oversee global teams, providing guidance and mentorship to team members while exemplifying Renesas values.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assess and uphold the team's ability to meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLA), Objectives, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), thriving in a culture of measurement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience in implementing, configuring, customizing, and integrating Enterprise applications.
  • 10-15 years of experience in IT, including over 7 years in leadership roles within an IT organization or Applications group at a rapidly growing technology company.
  • Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, with strong interpersonal skills for managing business and technology relationships.
  • Exceptional time management and prioritization abilities, demonstrating resilience under pressure and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Strong commitment to security and confidentiality practices with systems handling sensitive data, along with experience collaborating with internal information security and compliance teams.
  • In-depth understanding of Sales business processes within a Salesforce environment.
  • Industry certifications such as Salesforce, PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or similar are advantageous.
  • Proven capability to lead effectively and achieve business objectives in a global, collaborative, high-performance work setting.
  • Knowledge of change management and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor management and capacity planning in a high-growth context.
Additional Information:

The anticipated annual compensation for this role ranges from $180,500 to $265,000, with eligibility for bonus pay. Please note that the final offer will be influenced by geographic location, relevant experience, and candidate skillset.
