About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Senior IT Leader to join our leadership team and lead our IT strategy. Reporting to the CFO, the Senior IT Leader will lead our technology infrastructure and drive the next phase of our growth.

The Senior IT Leader will be the architect of our technology strategy, ensuring that our IT infrastructure supports our ambitious growth plans and scales seamlessly with our business. You'll be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing IT team, managing our technology roadmap, and ensuring that our systems, security, and processes are optimized to support our customers and internal teams.

You'll also be the thought leader enabling Lattice to be an AI-enabled workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute a Comprehensive IT Strategy: Align with the company's business objectives and growth plans to drive innovation through technology.
  • Lead and Mentor a Team of IT Professionals: Lead and inspire a high-performing IT team, including managers, engineers, and support staff.
  • Oversee IT Infrastructure and Operations: Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and operations, including cloud services, networks, support systems, and IT analytics.
  • Manage the IT Budget: Allocate resources effectively and optimize IT investments to ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of all IT systems and services.
  • Collaborate with Other Department Heads: Identify and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization.
  • Stay Current with Emerging Technologies: Evaluate the potential impact of emerging technologies on the business and develop strategies to leverage them.
  • Develop and Enforce IT Policies: Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage Vendor Relationships: Negotiate contracts for IT services and products and manage vendor relationships to ensure the best value for the company.
  • Lead Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning: Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the continuity of business operations.
  • Ensure Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, including GDPR and SOC 2.
  • Regularly Report on IT Performance Metrics: Provide regular reports on IT performance metrics to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 Years of Experience: In IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a VP or senior management position within a SaaS or technology-focused company.
  • Proven Track Record of Building and Leading IT Teams: With strong people management and mentorship skills to inspire and develop IT talent.
  • Excellent Leadership and Team Management Skills: With the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing IT team.
  • Deep Understanding of IT Infrastructure and Cloud Services: With hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, networking, and enterprise architecture.
  • Ability to Align Technology Strategy with Business Objectives: With the ability to drive innovation through technology and align technology strategy with business objectives.
  • Experience Managing IT Operations at Scale: In a fast-growing environment with strong project management skills and a history of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time.
  • Strong Budget Management and Resource Allocation Skills: With the ability to manage the IT budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: With the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of IT Governance Frameworks: With knowledge of IT governance frameworks, such as ITIL and COBIT, and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with Compliance Standards and Regulations: With familiarity with relevant compliance standards and regulations in the SaaS industry.
