We're seeking an exceptional Senior IT Leader to join our leadership team and lead our IT strategy. Reporting to the CFO, the Senior IT Leader will lead our technology infrastructure and drive the next phase of our growth.
The Senior IT Leader will be the architect of our technology strategy, ensuring that our IT infrastructure supports our ambitious growth plans and scales seamlessly with our business. You'll be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing IT team, managing our technology roadmap, and ensuring that our systems, security, and processes are optimized to support our customers and internal teams.
You'll also be the thought leader enabling Lattice to be an AI-enabled workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute a Comprehensive IT Strategy
- Align IT strategy with business objectives and growth plans
- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, including managers, engineers, and support staff
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and operations, including cloud services, networks, support systems, and IT analytics
- Manage the IT budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize IT investments
- Ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of all IT systems and services
- Collaborate with other department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the business
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and products
- Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (including but not limited to GDPR, SOC 2, etc.)
- Regularly report on IT performance metrics
- Lead and Inspire a High-Performing IT Team
- Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top IT talent
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to IT team members
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IT team
- Drive Business Growth through Technology
- Develop and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with business objectives and growth plans
- Identify and implement technology solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency across the organization
- Collaborate with other department heads to identify and implement technology solutions that support business growth
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles
- At least 5 years in a VP or senior management position within a SaaS or technology-focused company
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing IT teams
- Strong people management and mentorship skills
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to inspire and develop IT talent
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and software development lifecycles
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms, networking, and enterprise architecture
- Ability to align technology strategy with business objectives and drive innovation through technology
- Experience managing IT operations at scale in a fast-growing environment
- Strong project management skills
- History of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Ability to manage IT budget and allocate resources effectively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of IT governance frameworks and industry best practices
- Familiarity with relevant compliance standards and regulations in the SaaS industry
