Position Overview:
The Supervisory IT Specialist plays a pivotal role in leading the C4 Information Management and Information Technology sectors. This position is responsible for the execution and support of various initiatives, projects, and programs aimed at enhancing information management functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the implementation of IM/IT services across the installation.
- Ensure adherence to service standards and responsiveness to IT requirements, focusing on delivering high-quality functional services.
- Manage the coordination and execution of projects and programs that align with the objectives of the Theater Signal Brigade and 7th Signal Command (T).
- Offer guidance and direction to maintain operational excellence and develop innovative service approaches that support Army missions.

Operational Duties:
- Monitor the execution of baseline and enterprise services to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
- Establish structures and processes to facilitate the delivery of C4IM services.
- Identify and allocate authorized personnel resources effectively.
- Prepare and present justifications for organizational structure and personnel needs to fulfill assigned missions.

Leadership and Workforce Development:
- Provide executive leadership to foster the acquisition, development, and retention of a highly skilled workforce.
- Cultivate effective communication channels and a positive work environment to enhance team collaboration.

Management Techniques:
- Employ relevant management strategies, such as participative problem-solving and management by objectives, to address organizational needs and goals.

Qualifications:
- Applicants must meet specific employment authority categories to be eligible for this position.
- A thorough background investigation is required, and candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of specialized experience in coordinating C4IM/IT functions, ensuring compliance with IT policies, and leading IT teams is essential.
