Position Overview:

In the role of Hybrid CMS Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing web-centric strategies to enhance our digital footprint. You will take charge of the Web roadmap, establish CMS architectural guidelines, and ensure the reliable operation of our Web platform.

Core Responsibilities:

  • External Collaborations: Cultivate robust relationships with partners and vendors to guarantee the delivery of superior results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Propel web-related initiatives by working closely with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Direction: Offer expert insights in Drupal, covering architecture, theming, module development, and best practices. Implement MACH architecture principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) in web development.
  • Technical Oversight: Guide development teams by establishing standards and protocols.
  • Reusable Assets: Execute projects utilizing reusable templates and components to ensure design uniformity and minimize development time.
  • Code Evaluation: Verify compliance with coding best practices, security protocols, and Drupal standards.
  • Developer Mentorship: Mentor developers, stay updated with Drupal and MACH advancements, and advocate for the integration of emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of practical experience in software development, particularly with Drupal CMS
  • Experience with Headless CMS and the implementation of headless CMS solutions
  • Familiarity with MACH architecture: Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless
  • Proficient in Drupal 10, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated technologies
  • Experience with MySQL, REST APIs, JSON, XML, AJAX
  • Preferred: Experience with Azure Kubernetes and digital healthcare strategies
