Position Overview:

In the role of Hybrid CMS Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for devising and executing web-centric strategies aimed at enhancing our digital footprint. You will take charge of the Web roadmap, set CMS architectural benchmarks, and guarantee the seamless functionality of our Web platform.

Core Responsibilities:

  • External Collaborations: Cultivate robust partnerships with vendors and collaborators to ensure the delivery of superior results.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Propel web-centric solutions through effective collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Direction: Offer expert advice in Drupal, covering architecture, theming, module development, and industry best practices. Implement MACH architecture principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) in web development.
  • Technical Oversight: Guide development teams by establishing standards and frameworks.
  • Reusable Assets: Execute projects utilizing reusable templates and components to uphold design uniformity and minimize development time.
  • Code Evaluation: Ensure compliance with coding best practices, security protocols, and Drupal standards.
  • Development Mentorship: Mentor developers, stay updated with Drupal and MACH advancements, and suggest the integration of innovative technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of practical experience in software development, particularly with Drupal CMS
  • Experience with Headless CMS and the implementation of headless CMS solutions
  • Familiarity with MACH architecture: Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless
  • Proficient in Drupal 10, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated technologies
  • Experience with MySQL, REST APIs, JSON, XML, AJAX
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Azure Kubernetes and digital healthcare strategies
