We are seeking a Cyber Security Operations Lead Specialist to join our Managed Services practice. This role will play a critical part in our team's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for security analysts to perform critical ongoing security operations.
  • Oversee the execution of all routine security operations, including regular compliance tasks, ongoing reporting, and automation to improve existing processes.
  • Orchestrate incident response activities by bringing together clients, development teams, front-line analysts, and breach response teams as needed.
  • Contribute to the software development lifecycle by communicating security operation needs at the beginning of new developments.
  • Work closely with the cyber security compliance lead to ensure all compliance obligations are met on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
  • Minimum three years of recent experience in security operations.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skilled in problem-solving and process design for meeting compliance requirements efficiently, given limited resources, and automating existing processes to drive efficiency improvements over time.
  • Able to pick up different security tools with ease, including vulnerability scanners, endpoint detection and response tools, antivirus, cloud security posture management, and more.
  • Strong communication skills to connect compliance teams, development teams, and clients.
  • Solid cyber security domain knowledge across compliance, risk, system administration, incident response, and more.
