The Customer Service Representative III plays a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This position involves engaging with customers to address their inquiries and provide solutions.

  • Responds to incoming customer calls and provides assistance with various inquiries.
  • Conducts research to gather pricing and delivery details.
  • Accurately processes customer orders in a timely manner.
  • Manages customer complaints and facilitates returns effectively.
  • Works collaboratively with Sales Account Managers to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintains and updates databases and spreadsheets with relevant project information.
  • Independently resolves complex issues that arise.

Qualifications Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in customer service is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and departmental software is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.

Physical Requirements:

This role typically requires sitting, using hands, and verbal communication; occasional standing and walking may be necessary; ability to lift up to 25 pounds may be required.

Work Environment:

The position is primarily based in an office setting, with occasional visits to the shop area.

Reporting Structure:

This role operates under intermittent supervision and does not have supervisory responsibilities, although it may involve providing technical guidance to others.
