Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reporting Quality Control Specialist III to join our team. As a key member of our reporting team, you will be responsible for a full range of activities including calculating test results, performing quality assurance and control, and writing and assembling documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate test results using spreadsheets and handwritten forms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform quality assurance and control on field, laboratory, and calibration data, identifying and investigating anomalies as needed.
  • Write and assemble documents such as test protocols and reports, following style guides and SOPs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, field technicians, and other reporting staff to ensure data quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of test reports and other documents.
  • Perform technical editorial review of draft and final documents for details, grammar, spelling, calculations, results, and conclusions.
  • Identify and escalate program deficiencies and improvements, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of technical writing experience, with a focus on environmental data and air quality.
  • 3+ years of experience with air test methods, permits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Intermediate user of cloud-based platforms, Microsoft Office Suite products, and PDF editing software.
