Key Responsibilities:
As a BILLING SUPPORT SPECIALIST, your role will involve providing customer service and administrative assistance at our corporate office. Your duties will include:

  • Reviewing labor, materials, and documentation related to technician work orders
  • Processing all necessary paperwork for invoicing
  • Monitoring shared inboxes and uploading technician forms to relevant platforms
  • Gaining familiarity with customer contracts and operational procedures
  • Performing data entry tasks as required
  • Executing additional responsibilities as assigned

Education and Experience:
Education and/or experience equivalent to 3-5 years in office-based customer service or reception roles.

Language Proficiency:
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively and professionally, presenting information and responding to inquiries from colleagues and supervisors.

Time Management Skills:
Capable of tracking and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment with multiple ongoing projects, following instructions thoroughly and working with minimal supervision.

Mathematical Skills:
Competent in basic arithmetic operations across various units of measure.

Computer Proficiency:
Skilled in word processing, data entry, spreadsheet management, internet usage, and email communication. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications at an advanced level.
