We are seeking an experienced VP of Marketing to drive our marketing strategy and lead the team in shaping campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. As a key player in positioning TABS as the leading AI-driven Revenue Automation Platform, you will foster our brand presence and ensure a seamless journey from prospect to loyal advocate.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy focused on demand generation, lead nurturing, and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing strategies with business goals and deliver tangible results.
  • Build and scale a high-performing marketing team, establishing scalable processes to support growth across all facets of the marketing function.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product features and customer segments, driving integrated campaigns that support pipeline generation and revenue growth.
  • Leverage analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness, optimize lead funnels, and drive ROI, owning key KPIs like MQL to SQL conversion rates, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
  • Elevate TABS' brand through compelling storytelling, thought leadership, and consistent messaging, creating high-impact content and events that resonate with our target audience.

  • You have 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong background in performance marketing, demand generation, and growth marketing within SaaS startups.
  • You're a data-driven marketer who can analyze metrics, develop insights, and adapt quickly to optimize performance and ROI.
  • You have a deep understanding of fintech or similar verticals, with familiarity with ERPs (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and a proven ability to build and scale marketing teams.
  • You possess exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. This role is based in New York City, requiring 4-5 days a week in our Manhattan office.
