Director of Revenue Growth and Strategy

We're seeking a Director of Revenue Growth and Strategy to join our team at Netflix. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and execution of strategic plans. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new revenue opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advertisers, agencies, and media owners.
- Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
- Experience leading high-performing sales teams.
- Deep understanding of the advertising ecosystem in the US.
- Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication and presentation skills.
Benefits:
