Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison/Appointment Setter to join our team at ProSolar Group LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with our customers and setting appointments for our sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives
  • Keep a detailed log of calls, including those that are not answered
  • Attempt to contact prospective clients whom they have been unable to contact
  • Inform the manager of recurrent product-related complaints that warrant addressing
  • Accurately document all communication in CRM
  • Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by management
  • Follow up with leads to convert them to appointments
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
  • Outstanding listening and attention to detail, excellent phone etiquette, professional and courteous disposition, and be persuasive and results-oriented
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company and partner information
  • Experience in cold calling, cold messaging, or cold emailing
  • Basic entrepreneurial traits, including high-level logical thinking and problem-solving
  • Extremely professional on the phone and via text, fast and accurate typer, and able to learn the company brand and voice quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking, and working under pressure
  • Ability to pass a background, credit check, and drug screen
Physical Demands and Working Conditions

The work environment is a temperature-controlled office environment or travels via vehicle. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to ambulate, sit, and/or stand in various intervals throughout the work shift. May occasionally lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs. Use of computer, phone, copier, and other office equipment in the course of a day. While performing the duties of this job, occasionally required to use hand to handle, touch, and use tools, reach with hands and arms, bend, stoop, twist, lift, reach, push, pull, grasp, balance, talk, hear, and ambulate during the course of employment. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and an ability to adjust focus. Employee may be required to travel for business purposes.
