- Experience: 1-year of customer service experience in healthcare, preferably in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent multi-tasking abilities, strong knowledge of lab test orders, and a solid understanding of critical results.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in 10-Key & Alpha Numeric Data Entry, with a speed of 40 WPM and accuracy.
- Soft Skills: Excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills, effective verbal and written communication, and strong listening skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced work environment.
- Confidentiality: Ensure patient privacy, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance at all times.
