Elite Leads Inc. is experiencing rapid growth and is looking to expand our team. We specialize in lead generation and are currently partnering with energy-efficient home improvement companies. Our diverse teams, including networking, canvassing, telemarketing, and event specialists, collaborate to drive success for our clients.


IMPORTANT: NO SALES REQUIRED. ONLY APPOINTMENT SETTING.


Position Overview: This is a 1099 role with options for both full-time and part-time work. The primary responsibility is to set and confirm appointments with potential customers interested in home improvement projects while effectively representing our company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with homeowners in-person OUTDOORS on a daily basis to showcase our services.
  • Delivering concise, prepared presentations that inform customers about our offerings.
  • Coordinating and confirming appointment times via phone or text with our corporate office.
  • Generating leads and establishing a pipeline of future clients through personal connections.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.
  • Following all health and safety guidelines, including social distancing protocols.

Position Benefits:

  • Flexible scheduling options for full-time or part-time (minimum of 15 hours per week).
  • Work in proximity to your residence.
  • Bi-weekly hourly compensation (not a draw) plus commission, with earnings ranging from $30.00 to $45.00 per hour, including commission.
  • Commission-only programs available for experienced canvassers.
