Territory Manager

Troy Medicare is a health plan option founded by independent pharmacists in 2018. Our mission is to provide comprehensive and easy-to-understand healthcare services to every single member.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Territory Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing providers, pharmacies, and Senior members within an assigned area.
The Territory Manager will work with seniors to help them understand Medicare insurance and their options. They will ensure that pharmacies and provider offices are engaged in the care coordination for each member.
The successful candidate will support the enrollment process for Troy members, address any challenges that occur, and keep teams updated regarding provider network developments, performance targets, and knowledge to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:- Maintain strong relationships with key pharmacies and providers to promote enrollment and resolve issues.
- Assist pharmacies with enrollment process guidelines and training as needed.
- Make calls to potential senior members to generate enrollment.
- Assist seniors by answering enrollment questions.
- Receive inbound calls from seniors interested in enrolling in Troy Medicare.
- Call and visit physician offices in person to ask them about joining the Troy Medicare network.
- Provide rapid feedback to Troy Medicare's team to address issues proactively.
- Help seniors with issues or questions related to claims, bills, places to receive care, and other customer support challenges.
- 1 year of healthcare support experience (e.g. collections, scheduling, customer service and/or billing in a dental office physician's office, hospital, or pharmacy).
- Previous Medicare or healthcare sales experience, social services with senior population, or counseling experience.
- A valid and unrestricted driver's license with reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
- Obtain a North Carolina insurance license within 30-days.
- $45,000 annual salary.
- Quarterly bonus commission.
- Flexible work schedule.
- Remote work.
