Area Manager Job Description

The Area Manager position is a key role within Performance Food Group, responsible for managing a geographical sales territory to drive business growth and achieve sales and profit objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and profitability in assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage pricing and credit term compliance to ensure optimal revenue and cash flow.
  • Effectively manage time and resources to achieve results and meet sales targets.
  • Support the development and execution of company-branded product initiatives to drive business growth.
