Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Jack in the Box. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Internal Service: Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide excellent service to our guests.
  • External Service: Manage daily activities to achieve excellence in restaurant operational performance, including ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
  • Sales & Profits: Analyze restaurant operational and financial performance, identify trends, and implement action plans to improve sales and profitability.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years experience as an Associate Manager and/or 2 years experience as a First Assistant Manager; must be 100% certified in all workstations.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be at least 18 years old; must complete Restaurant Manager training classes; must be ServSafe certified.
