Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and train beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, and beverage utility staff on an assigned shift to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Conduct shift meetings with beverage staff to assign stations, facilitate communication, and promote a positive team dynamic.
• Calibrate automatic beverage systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and respond accordingly to maintain a responsible and safe environment.
• Maintain professional grooming and appearance, adhering to established policies and serving as a role model for the team.
• Promote outstanding guest services by resolving disputes promptly and in a courteous manner.
• Maintain knowledge of state alcohol and gaming regulations, ensuring adherence and compliance.
• Make recommendations and suggestions for team development, hiring, and performance management.
• Attend meetings as required and adhere to all regulatory, internal, federal, and state controls and procedures.

Qualification Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience in a casino or similar environment preferred.
• One year of experience in a high-volume beverage operation or food and beverage environment required.
• Basic knowledge of ABC and regulations required.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
• Appropriate licenses, as required, and ServSafe certification, or ability to become certified, required.
• Knowledge of FDA Food Code standards required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
