Key Responsibilities:

  • Restaurant Management: Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, including managers, servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the restaurant, including managing budgets, forecasting sales, and analyzing financial reports.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1+ years experience as an associate manager and/or 2 years experience as a first assistant manager; must be 100% certified in all workstations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.

Working Conditions:

The Restaurant Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with frequent exposure to noise, heat, and other hazards. The manager will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move quickly and efficiently around the restaurant.
