Hospital Experience Enhancement Specialist

Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a skilled Hospital Experience Enhancement Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that patients receive the best possible care during their stay with us.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in a clinical role is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities will include analyzing patient feedback and data to identify areas for improvement, coaching colleagues on how to use this information to enhance patient care, and assisting in the development of programs and services designed to improve the overall patient experience.
This position also oversees the process for all patient satisfaction surveys, reports, and dashboards, as well as presenting findings to various committees and teams.
We offer a competitive salary range of $51,400 - $82,100 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
