Hospital Experience Manager

Rutland Regional Medical Center is looking for a seasoned Hospital Experience Manager to drive improvement initiatives that focus on patient satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. As part of this team, you will work closely with organization leaders, physicians, and front-line staff to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a hospital, clinic, or customer relations setting. Prior clinical experience is preferred, but not necessary.
This role demands strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent Microsoft Windows desktop application and navigation skills. The ability to manipulate and interpret data is also essential.
We offer a competitive salary range of $58,400.00 - $92,200.00 per annum, reflecting the value we place on this role in driving patient-centricity.
