Job OverviewThe Patient Experience Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. This position requires a unique blend of clinical knowledge, communication skills, and analytical thinking.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze patient feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with physicians, staff, and patients to develop and implement programs that enhance the patient experience.
- Coach colleagues on effective communication and conflict resolution techniques.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to showcase patient satisfaction metrics.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, or customer relations setting.
- Prior experience in a clinical role is preferred.
- Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) certification.
- Strong customer service skills with ability to interact with diverse patient populations.
- Proven problem-solving skills with ability to navigate complex situations.
- Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to interpret and manipulate data using Microsoft Windows applications.
The estimated salary for this position is between $51,400.00 and $82,100.00 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
