Rutland Regional Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Patient Registration Specialist to join our team.

As a key member of our registration team, you will be responsible for accurately identifying and pre-registering patients in the hospital information system with complete demographic and insurance information. This will ensure accurate records and timely billing for patients utilizing the services of Rutland Regional Medical Center and its provider-based clinics. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a strong knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft Windows desktop applications.

This is an onsite position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent, along with at least one year of customer service experience. Prior experience using computerized information systems in a business setting and knowledge of medical terminology are also desirable. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $16.60 to $24.65 per hour. We strive to provide a positive work environment where you can grow and develop your skills.
