Clinical Practice Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Practice Specialist to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center. This role will focus on providing educational resources and support to healthcare professionals, promoting collaboration and evidence-based practice.
About the Position
In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating education programs, as well as mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge. You will also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Duties and Responsibilities
Some key duties and responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering education programs tailored to meet the needs of our staff.
- Mentoring and coaching colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
- Assessing competencies and identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a BSN degree and at least 5 years of clinical experience in nursing with 3 years of department/unit/specialty specific experience. Previous educational nursing instructor experience is highly desirable. You must also possess current Vermont RN licensure and relevant unit-specific training certifications. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
Estimated Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is $33.65 - $58.20 per hour.
