Job Summary

The Nursing Educator Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs to promote continuous learning and professional development among our nursing staff. This includes creating curriculum, facilitating workshops, and assessing competency. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

Requirements
  • MSN required
  • 7 Years clinical experience in nursing in hospital setting to include 3 Years of ICU/PCU specific experience
  • Previous experience designing, facilitating, and validating education or training experiences required
  • Fully proficient in all areas covered in Basic Integrated Nursing General Orientation; able to instruct independently
  • Proficient in EMR applications, workflows, documentation practices
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $33.65 - $58.20 per hour.

Location

This role will be based at Rutland Regional Medical Center, located in Vermont.
