  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, management, and team members.
  • Ability to lift and move computer equipment weighing up to 50lbs, with a strong focus on safety and ergonomics.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with firewalls, VMware, servers, SAN, Veeam, and multi-tasking.
  • Strong knowledge of desktop and server support, malware removal, and networking.
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
