Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist at HirefinderRPO, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our valued clients, providing them with exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our commercial lines portfolio.
- Policy Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of commercial insurance policies, including renewals, endorsements, and claims support.
- Referral Management: Actively connect clients with our full range of services, including Personal Lines, Employee Benefits, and HCM, to provide a seamless and integrated client experience.
- Teamwork: Work closely with underwriters, producers, and other internal teams to deliver top-tier insurance solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure that all activities and documentation adhere to company policies and industry regulations, upholding our commitment to excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual, English fluid and Spanish
- Proactive
- High School Diploma
- 4-40 license or be willing to get it
