Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, driving product adoption, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage and engagement with our software, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive product enhancements and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Proactively manage customer renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry or working with hospitality software solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer success software and CRM tools.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.
