About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Partner to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing assigned cloud customer accounts, developing and executing account management strategies, and ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of SAP HCM cloud products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute account management plans to drive customer success and revenue growth
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
- Develop and deliver training and enablement programs to customers to ensure successful adoption of SAP HCM cloud products
- Monitor and analyze customer behavior and utilization to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Provide regular business reviews and insights to customers to ensure they are achieving their business objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and partners to drive customer success and revenue growth
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a cloud-based software company
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop and execute account management plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
