Position Overview:

Incentives:
  • Sign-On Bonus: Eligible candidates may receive a bonus paid in two parts: $500 after 90 days of employment and another $500 after 180 days, subject to conditions.
  • Tool Reimbursement: After 90 days, employees can submit receipts for a one-time tool purchase reimbursement up to $500, with conditions applying.

Role Summary:

Under general supervision, the technician is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a diverse range of heavy construction machinery. The role demands adherence to safety protocols while ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to and actively promote all safety policies and procedures, including reporting incidents to uphold our primary core value – Safety.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with both small and large construction equipment, on and off-road.
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on fleet vehicles and machinery.
  • Perform minor welding tasks as necessary.
  • Accurately complete daily work orders.
  • Submit approved parts request forms in a timely manner.
  • Provide field service repairs as required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, utilizing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Carry out additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience with large and small construction equipment is required.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to adapt to changing schedules.
  • Possession of own tools and a valid driver's license; CDL is a plus.
