Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on tracked heavy-duty equipment, including snowmobiles, power generation equipment, and vehicles.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot issues using computerized diagnostic software.
  • Maintain and repair facilities, including welding and fabrication work.
  • Operate and maintain power generation equipment.
  • Drive company vehicles, including trucks and snowmobiles.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Experience in facility maintenance, including welding and fabrication.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic software, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures and confined spaces.
  • Valid US passport and driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Field experience, particularly in Arctic or Antarctic environments.
  • Knowledge of pipeline systems, including water, gas, and sewage.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Schedule

This is a seasonal, on-location position in Greenland. The daily schedule varies, but typically consists of 9-hour days, 6 days per week. The 54-hour workweek may include varied schedules of up to 12+ hours per day.
