Henderson Brothers Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate sales efforts to achieve new business revenue goals
- Manage the lifecycle of sales processes for property and casualty insurance prospects
- Manage a book of business with a total revenue in excess of $500,000
- Conduct proactive client renewal processes
- Provide insurance program coverage recommendations and improvements
- Institute client service plans with Consultative, Claims, and Risk Control divisions
- Generate leads through prospect research, personal relationships, and networking
- Qualify prospects based on Henderson Brothers sales discovery guidelines
- Develop and present proposals and lead sales presentations
- 3+ years of successful Property and Casualty insurance sales experience
- Property and Casualty agency license required prior to hire
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance principles and practices
- Excellent professional communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere
- Proficient in office technology, such as Microsoft Office products
