HR Diligence and Integration Coordinator

Position Overview:
As an integral part of SCA Health, the HR Diligence and Integration Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the effective assimilation of newly acquired entities into our organization. This position demands a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage various aspects of the integration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organize meetings and activities pertinent to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding experience for new team members, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones to guarantee timely completion of integration tasks.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR Integration Analyst, including document organization and data management.
  • Support the formulation and execution of integration strategies, focusing on communication, cultural alignment, and harmonization.
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect information, manage activities, and resolve any challenges during the integration phase.
  • Act as a resource for newly acquired employees, addressing inquiries and providing necessary guidance.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of integration methodologies, identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR coordination or project management.
  • Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
  • Familiarity with HR principles and regulations is advantageous.
