This role demands a meticulous and organized individual who can manage various integration activities with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and arrange meetings, project timelines, and other essential tasks related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Facilitate the onboarding experience for newly integrated personnel, guaranteeing a seamless transition into the company.
  • Monitor project progress and key milestones to ensure timely execution and compliance with established deadlines.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR Integration Analyst, including document organization, record maintenance, and support in data evaluation.
  • Contribute to the formulation and execution of integration strategies, encompassing communication plans, cultural alignment initiatives, and harmonization efforts.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to collect information, coordinate activities, and resolve any challenges that may arise during the integration phase.
  • Act as a liaison for newly acquired personnel, addressing inquiries, offering guidance, and resolving concerns as necessary.
  • Engage in the ongoing enhancement of integration processes and practices, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in HR coordination or project management is advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in a dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to swiftly adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and regulations is a plus.
