As a pivotal member of SCA Health, the HR Diligence and Integration Coordinator will be instrumental in ensuring the effective assimilation of newly acquired entities into our organization. This role demands a meticulous and organized individual who can manage various integration activities with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and arrange meetings, project timelines, and other essential tasks related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Facilitate the onboarding experience for newly integrated personnel, guaranteeing a seamless transition into the company.
- Monitor project progress and key milestones to ensure timely execution and compliance with established deadlines.
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR Integration Analyst, including document organization, record maintenance, and support in data evaluation.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of integration strategies, encompassing communication plans, cultural alignment initiatives, and harmonization efforts.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to collect information, coordinate activities, and resolve any challenges that may arise during the integration phase.
- Act as a liaison for newly acquired personnel, addressing inquiries, offering guidance, and resolving concerns as necessary.
- Engage in the ongoing enhancement of integration processes and practices, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in HR coordination or project management is advantageous.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues across all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to swiftly adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with HR principles, practices, and regulations is a plus.
