As an integral part of SCA Health, the HR Diligence and Integration Coordinator plays a vital role in the effective assimilation of newly acquired entities into our organization. This position demands a meticulous and organized individual who can manage various aspects of the integration process, ensuring a smooth transition for all involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and organize meetings, track project timelines, and manage activities associated with mergers and acquisitions.
- Facilitate the onboarding experience for new team members, ensuring they are seamlessly integrated into the company culture.
- Monitor project milestones and activities to guarantee timely execution and compliance with established deadlines.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR Integration Analyst, including document organization, record maintenance, and data analysis assistance.
- Assist in crafting and executing integration strategies, focusing on communication, cultural alignment, and harmonization initiatives.
- Collaborate with various departments to collect necessary information, coordinate efforts, and resolve any challenges that may arise during the integration.
- Act as a resource for newly acquired team members, addressing inquiries and providing necessary guidance.
- Contribute to the enhancement of integration processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR coordination or project management.
- Preferred experience in HR functions or project oversight.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to swiftly adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines.
- Familiarity with HR principles and regulations is advantageous.
