Job Overview:

Under the guidance of the Manager of Corporate EEO, this role is pivotal in collaborating with Human Resources, Legal, and the Office of Compliance and Ethics to ensure adherence to relevant legal and regulatory standards.

This position also entails managing EEO and non-EEO related internal inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough investigations of complaints.
  • Receive and investigate internal EEO/ER complaints from various sources.
  • Review and assess harassment and discrimination allegations, providing recommendations for resolution.
  • Assist in the investigation of EEO-related agency charges and prepare formal responses.
  • Oversee case management to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Advise business leaders on equal opportunity policies.

Reporting Duties:
  • Compile written summaries and reports of investigations.
  • Prepare statistical reports for trend analysis.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of professional experience in conducting investigations, particularly EEO investigations.
Familiarity with Case Management Systems and Complaint Tracking Systems.

Competencies:
Knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding employment and employee relations, including EEO/AA, ADA, FLSA, and FMLA.
Proven ability to conduct comprehensive and efficient investigations.
Excellent judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Proficient in investigation and conflict resolution.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess issues objectively.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
Proficient in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.


Communication Skills:

Exceptional oral and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with all organizational levels.
