Position SummaryMoneta is actively seeking Client Service Managers to enhance our financial advisory teams. In this capacity, you will cultivate and strengthen relationships with our clients through regular engagement, delivering dedicated service to fulfill client requirements. As a Client Service Manager, you will collaborate with the team’s Advisors and Partners on a variety of initiatives tailored to client needs. Key Responsibilities- Develop and sustain client relationships, emphasizing client retention, oversee the onboarding process for new clients, and coordinate client activities with team members as needed.
- Establish a high-trust relationship with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and intermediary between the client and Advisor/Partner, comprehending the client's overall needs and identifying value-added services.
- Assist Advisors and Partners in managing daily operations while gaining a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with centralized operational departments to enhance efficiencies, implement best practices, and achieve the highest level of service.
- Engage directly with third-party custodians and vendors, adhering to industry deadlines, and executing Advisor investment recommendations through trading via Financial Custodial Systems.
- Maintain and update systems data and client files, coordinate billing, journal entries, transfers, and review monthly cash reports.
- Investigate unique and complex financial scenarios as they arise.
- Participate in learning opportunities through Moneta University, client team meetings, and internal resources provided by Compliance, Talent, and Organizational Development.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
Moneta is dedicated to ensuring the best possible care for our employees, which includes offering comprehensive benefits that enhance the well-being of employees and their families:
- Compensation range of $65,000 - $75,000.
- This is a non-exempt, salaried, full-time position.
- Paid holidays and time off (PTO).

Moneta operates as a fiduciary fee-only Registered Investment Advisory firm and does not hold securities licenses, with the exception of Series 65. We also prohibit outside business activities, insurance commissions, and/or trails.
