Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you will play a vital role in executing our team strategy by supporting our global clientele and Reseller Partner network.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a customer advocate to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Becoming an expert on our products and services to fulfill our customer commitments.
  • Effectively onboarding new customers and resellers, ensuring they successfully adopt our platform.
  • Understanding customer workflows and aligning with their business goals to provide tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborating with Sales teams and Resellers to develop key account strategies for repeat business.
  • Strengthening account relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with customers throughout the post-sales lifecycle.
  • Working with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to share new features and enhancements.
  • Contributing to the evolution of our Support Desk and efficiently resolving support inquiries.
  • Creating strategies to improve key performance indicators such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (C-Sat).

Required Qualifications
We seek candidates with:

  • A strong track record in managing client relationships across diverse international markets.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, including onboarding and account management.
  • Collaboration skills with engineering and product teams to support complex product features.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience with remotely-sensed imagery and data products.
  • A minimum of 5 years in customer-focused roles.
  • A degree in Geography, Satellite Technology, Imaging, or a related field.
