Position Summary

We are currently seeking Client Service Managers to enhance our financial advisory teams. In this capacity, you will cultivate and strengthen relationships with our clients through regular communication, providing dedicated support to address their needs. As a Client Service Manager, you will collaborate with the team’s Advisors and Partners on a variety of projects tailored to client requirements. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain client relationships with an emphasis on client retention, oversee the onboarding process for new clients, and coordinate client activities with team members as needed.
  • Establish a high-trust rapport with clients, serving as the primary point of contact and liaising between the client and Advisor/Partner, while understanding the client's overall needs and identifying value-added services.
  • Assist Advisors and Partners in daily operations and gain a comprehensive understanding of team processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with centralized operational departments to enhance efficiencies, share best practices, and deliver the highest level of service.
  • Engage directly with third-party custodians and vendors, ensuring compliance with industry deadlines, and implement Advisor investment recommendations through trading via Financial Custodial Systems.
  • Maintain and update systems data and client files, manage billing, journals, transfers, and review monthly cash reports.
  • Investigate unique and complex financial situations as they arise.
  • Participate in learning opportunities through Moneta University, client team meetings, and internal resources provided by Compliance, Talent, and Organizational Development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

  • Compensation range of $65,000 - $75,000.
  • This is a non-exempt, salaried, full-time position.
