Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily operations at Evolution Sports Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence with a high level of professionalism.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies inventory to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Assist in preparing reports, documents, and presentations that meet the company's standards.
- Support team members with various projects as needed, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy and well-organized, reflecting positively on the company's image.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role, demonstrating a strong work ethic and adaptability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
